Anything that involves real money, penny stocks or stock trading is always questionable for its genuineness. Today we’ll be looking into Ross Cameron’s Warrior Trading education.

I hope to shed some light on whether his services are actually a good investment or you should rather just take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Would you like to be your own boss, work from anywhere you want, and make good money?

Warrior Trading claims to teach you a skill that allows you to do exactly that.

But they are surrounded by a lot of controversies. So, is Warrior Academy a legitimate place to learn to trade? Or is it yet another get-rich-quick scam?

We can find the answers to these questions from our unbiased Warrior Trading review.

What is Warrior Trading?

Warrior Trading platform

Warrior Trading is a day trading education and chatroom website that was established by full-time day trader Ross Cameron back in 2012. Initially, it was just a blog, but over time, it grew into a massive online community.

Now they have a trading chat room, webinars, simulator, online courses, and other things to help you learn to trade.

At the moment they have around 500,000 free community members and around 5,000 premium community members. They have quite a vision too!

Warrior Trading aims to “create 50,000 freedom traders that can live their life with freedom and independence by 2020”. That means empowering all those people to be their own bosses, work from anywhere in the world, and set their own hours, all while making good money. Sounds great right?

However, not everything is unicorns and rainbows, and many people are concerned that Warrior Trading is a scam. There are quite a few negative reviews online, and not everyone got the results that were promised.

Also, talking about promises, isn’t the whole “work from the beach and make a ton of money” spiel a bit suspicious? It definitely is.

So let’s take a closer look at this Warrior Trading Review the Warrior Trading team…

The Team Behind Warrior Trading

You can tell a lot about a company by looking at their team. Of course, with a massive website like Warrior Trading, their team is bound to be big, too. Ultimately, there are three main people behind this website:

Ross Cameron

Ross Cameron is the founder and the owner of the website. He’s a very experienced trader who went through some hard times in the early 2000s (remember the dot-com bubble that popped around that time?). He managed to pick himself up and create his own system for profitable trading and share his learning in the form of trading courses.

Ross Cameron claims to have quite an impressive track record in trading, claiming to have turned $1000 into $8000 in just 30 days and even supposedly made $33,000 in just 2 hours on one occasion. Should we believe him or is he lying? It’s up to you to decide.

Mike

Mike is a full-time day trader who also works as a mentor at Warrior Trading. He is a technical analysis-based trader and analyzes potential trades using daily support and resistance level.

Usually, he trades stocks priced at $20 or more and trades based on breaking news. He regularly trades Facebook, Tesla, and Twitter stocks.

Jeff

Jeff is a full-time day trader or swing trader, to be exact, who is a mentor at Warrior Trading. He teaches swing trading that involves complex options trading.

One of the main criticisms Ross Cameron gets is that he’s a great marketer, not a great trader. Well, the former is true, and if you know anything about marketing, you’ll notice it immediately.

His website design is great, there’s a lot of social proof, and call to action buttons are sprinkled throughout the website. Moreover, he organizes free webinars (for which, of course, you’ll need to give him your email address), where he discusses some of his techniques and pitches his products.

Warrior Trading also has a top-notch media presence, with 140k+ likes on Facebook, almost 275k followers on Twitter, and 170k subscribers on Youtube. But does all that mean Ross is only a marketer and not a trader?

He actually seems to be a legitimate trader. He broadcasts his results openly through broker account statements, where you can see that he is actually making serious money from day trading. You can find his account statements from https://www.warriortrading.com/verified-earnings-2020/

Personally, though, I understand why some people are concerned. There are just so many BS-ers and snake oil salesmen in this niche so how can we be sure that Ross is not just one of those guys?

If the account statements won’t convince you, the only thing you can do is to test him out for yourself to know for sure.

Everything considered, I do recommend his chatroom, I think he is one of the 3 people who I do recommend to follow and learn from. But if you won’t take my Warrior Trading review, the only way to find out is to try him out for yourself.

Within a month you can tell, if you’ll make money with him or not + even if you won’t, you’ll gain some serious market experience.

His students are getting real results and can you really hold being good at marketing against someone? I mean, would you rather learn from someone who is bad at marketing? Probably not.

Anyway, it’s time to get to the meat of this Warrior trading review, which of course, the various products offered by Ross Cameron and his day trading team.

Warrior Trading chat room

Warrior Trading chat room is the biggest trading chat room out there (it has 5,000+ active members!).

Both novice and active traders are given the opportunity to find value in the Warrior Trading chat room as free educational materials are available.

The chat room is specifically meant for day traders looking for ways to earn money on stocks daily. Aside from the chat room access, you’ll also receive daily watchlists and commentary from the top investors of Warrior Trading.

“Have you ever bought/sold trades at the wrong time and lost money? Not confident when the right time is?”– this is the selling point of Warrior Trading chat room.

They will help you make the right trading decisions. And how much could that be worth?

Warrior trading chatrooms

There are three price tiers: $199/month monthly membership, $149/month quarterly membership, and $75/month annual membership which is the most popular option.

The chatroom itself is very active just like you would expect. Usually, around 1,000 members are active on a daily basis, which means that there’s a lot going on there. You can ask any trading questions you want and they will be answered.

There are also a dozen or so moderators there and you get Ross’ live commentary on the state of the market, which can be really helpful.

I’d say that the Warrior Trading chat room is useful if you are completely new to trading and need some hand-holding. The price is pretty steep though!

Live trading simulator

Losing capital is one of the biggest concerns for anyone who is new to trading. There’s the conundrum of knowing that you need to learn and not wanting to make mistakes that would cost you money.

You can’t learn without making mistakes, but is there a way to make mistakes without losing money?

Yes, there is, with the Warrior Trading simulator. It is a unique platform that offers real-time data from NYSE and NASDAQ. It also gives you $100,000 of starting capital (fake money, of course!) with which you can experiment.

Another unique aspect of the Warrior Trading live trading simulator service is that you can put what you learned in theory and practice without the risk of losing any money. This is a good trading strategy for newbies because they get that “proof of concept” exposure to day trading to confirm the effectiveness of the trading strategy as well as the simulator signals.

Although many brokers are offering a trading simulator in their own ways, this one from Warrior Trading has been created for the newest of the newbies in trading.

Also, it only costs $99 a month, $249 quarterly, or $899 if you avail of the prepaid annual discount plan from the platform.

They have three pricing tiers: $127 monthly, $99/month quarterly (most popular), and $74/month annually. It might be worth the investment if you are serious about learning to trade!

Warrior Trading Courses

Warrior Trading also has several courses to help newbie traders hit the ground running. Their promise is that you can learn Trading and eventually become a freedom trader without it being overwhelming or requiring too much time.

There are three educational packages:

Warrior Starter

According to Warrior Trading, the Warrior Starter is the perfect starting point for beginners on the budget who want to discover their trading system. And its price tag? It’s $997 and $197 per month after 30 days.

Aimed for beginning traders, this membership program (Warrior Starter) is an accelerated and systematic opportunity to learn the trading course at your own pace.

As a member of the Warrior Starter, you’ll gain access to the Warrior Starter course, which contains about 15 chapters (about 630 minutes of video materials) of foundational content. Aside from the Warrior Starter course, you’ll also have access to live day trading chat rooms that are offered to traders of all skill levels. Mentors are there to lead you the way towards day trading success.

For an additional fee, you can use the real-time trading simulator to hone your day trading skills.

Personally, I appreciate the fact that Ross shares trading details using standard terminology. Even beginners will quickly catch up on things he is talking about. Probably it’s because Ross himself has a lot of experience and can share his day trading strategies that are easy to understand. Plus, the audio is also clear.

Warrior Pro

The Warrior Pro is their core one-year trading system that will teach you their entire trading process. How much does Warrior Trading Pro cost? It’s $4297 for 90-day access and $197 per month after 90 days. The Warrior Pro is marketed for day traders, regardless of their skill levels as long as they want to trade profitably.

Your Warrior Pro membership includes access to the following training courses: Small-Cap Day Trading Course, Large Cap Day Trading Course, Swing Trading, Swing and Options Trading Course, Day Trading in an IRA course, and Cryptocurrency trading course.

Warrior Inner Circle (Application Only!)

This is their ultimate package which guarantees personal access to Ross, Mike, Jeff, and other successful traders. Price tag? Not mentioned, but I heard that it’s around $10,000. Yikes! But maybe it means a higher success rate?

Are these packages worth it? Well, on one hand, the students of Ross Cameron claim that they get excellent results, on the other hand, those prices are not cheap!

Personally, if I was considering buying a course from Ross, I’d first consume all the free material available on their website and on Youtube, then maybe get the starter pack just to see if I like it.

Also, although Ross claims that all his products are refundable, there is a review online from a person who asked for a refund and didn’t get it.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that you shouldn’t get Warrior Trading products or take part in the training courses, but it does mean that you must be really careful with the money you spend. Can you afford to lose it in the worst-case scenario?

Stock Market Scanners

In this Warrior Trading review, I’ll also share with you about Stock Market Scanners offered by Ross and the team.

The proprietary stock scanner is one of the important tools you can use as a day trader and I personally appreciate it since you get many stock trading ideas from the scans. The tool determines stocks in real-time that meet Warrior Trading criteria.

These are the tools I use to base 90% of all my trades,” Ross Cameron said on his website.

So, basically, the tool searches the stock market that is of a potential trade. You may also just adjust the settings to match those used by the featured mentors and instructors of the Warrior Trading team.

Since the tools constantly scan the market in real-time, I think it would be helpful for day traders, especially if they are trading on short time frames. After all, you need to trade the right stocks, right?

Then, there’s that Momo scanner. The term Momo simply refers to momentum, as borrowed from Newton’s law of motion. In Momo trading, a stock in motion usually remains in motion instead of the reverse.

Which Warrior Trading Course Is Good For You?

While Warrior trading courses are respected services, you may be wondering which one of them is good for you. The answer is that it depends on your trading style and skill levels.

To know which course is good for you, you can take the online quick on the Warrior Trading website. This will help determine if you are at a beginner level or you can already be considered an experienced trader.

Once completed, the page will direct you to the most appropriate trading services that cater to your skill level and trading style.

Inner Circle Orlando 2018

Ross sells his Inner Circle which is by application only. You can learn his best trading techniques while getting a lot of support from Ross himself and other team members.

When you are part of the Inner Circle, the Warrior Trading team personally works with you for 12 months, helping you get the results you desire. This is a benefit for those who want to learn trading but aren’t so sure of their abilities yet and could use some guidance.

To join Inner Circle, you’ll have to apply first and find out the price later. Of course, this is a marketing tactic that is meant to soften the blow of the price tag, and get you to commit a little bit before you see it. Judging from that we can guess that Inner Circle membership is incredibly expensive.

Personally, I don’t like such marketing tricks, and I think that if you are selling something you should tell people the price upfront, not try to lure them into buying your product step by step.

Still, Inner Circle membership will help you get over the fear, gain trading knowledge, and become part of a supportive community that will have your back on your way to freedom.

This can be a great way for a newbie trader to accelerate his progress. I’d just once again caution you to not spend the money you can’t afford to lose!

Warrior Trading Reviews: Is Warrior trading any good?

With a Warrior Trading community spanning more than 500,000 traders and a founder who runs the site with moderators and professional traders, I can say it’s worth considering.

The diversity of the team that specializes in various trading methodologies and styles makes a unique environment for day traders.

Styles of trading

If you watch any of Ross’s videos, you will observe that he has a humble and disarming demeanor. This attitude makes him easy to approach with questions and trust.

Not to mention that the guy emanates confidence in his trade ideas. This confidence transfers over to the chat room members too. Most members would say he is easy to follow as Ross explains set-ups and trades as they happen. I’m not saying he is the best trading educator. But explaining trades as they happen is an attractive element of a chatroom and makes trade ideas very digestible.

Mentor sessions

The mentor sessions make a good addition to all video materials offered within the Warrior Pro course package as well. Although the information contained in the video materials is helpful, the mentor sessions promise to take your trading knowledge a step further.

This is because mentors, head traders, and educators can answer your question directly and give you the maximum attention as a student in day trading.

Many of the trading mentors have been Warrior Pro students themselves and now they’re helping students too in their live course sessions and chat rooms.

See Warrior Trading’s calendar on mentor sessions here.

So, is it a scam or is it a legitimate way to learn Trading?

Warrior Trading community
Source: Warrior Trading Homepage

If I were you, I wouldn’t take just my word for it. Yes, I believe Ross is one of the few day trading mentors whose methods work, but in order to find out if his methods work for you, you have to try him out. I would recommend starting with the 1-month subscription to the Warrior Trading Chat room.

Ross’ students claim to get great results, and he wouldn’t have a community of 5,000+ paid members if it all was a simple scam.

Not to mention that the earnings through Warrior Trading can be viewed along with the monthly performance of the site and are also verified with broker statements.

So I’d recommend looking at Warrior Trading products as an investment — an investment to seriously improve your level of day trading knowledge.

Open an account or sign up for online training sessions. And if you have concerns about the program, it’s also easy to reach out to their team.

Want to learn Trading? Give it a shot. Just don’t spend any money you can’t afford to lose!

  1. Did he front run on his $1000 to $8000 account in month? I don’t care about the monthly statements but did he call out his plays after going in on a trade? Everyone that’s in his chatroom would follow after his alerts then he instantly gets 3-5% gained.

    • Hey Bildong,

3-5% would only happen on stocks that have very low liquidity. Some times the value goes up, sometimes it goes down right after Ross has purchased. The markets fluctuate, but the general idea behind the trade is what brings in profits in the long run.

Also, I would advise to learn from him so that you can come up with your own ideas. This will help to significantly improve your earnings.

  2. Ross is legit. I’ve been in chat room for a year. He will teach you his strategy and it works, but for me it has took longer to get a feel for the market. It’s something you have to comite to every day and learn to read level 2. Ross is a great mentor and teacher. If he can teach me anyone can. Ps Great coustmer support.

  3. Hi Paul, have you done a review on Online Trading Academy (OTA)? If not can you please do one. They charge over $22,000 for a 2 week course on trading.

  4. If mike is trading FB, TSLA ans TWTR he’s not trading 20 stocks and news flash, I trade options on one of these frequently and the options are more like 4-700 range. I turned 1,000 into 50,000 in less than 2 moths on my own.I always google these idiots that come up in my feed!

    • I have been checking out the chat room and Mike does not trade TSLA, he always talk about how erratic this stock can be, he even explains why. From what I’m seeing his strategy encompass a much wider set of stocks than just FB TSLA AND TWTR. He may have traded those in the past but I haven’t see him take this type of trades since I joined. I recommend you guys follow Paul’s advice and go see for yourself.
